Client is copying their own site to create satellite review site. I have a .psd screen shot (not layered vector) that needs to be made into a Wordpress template. Requirements 1. Using the screenshot provided, or the existing live website, copy the existing layout and structure and create a wordpress theme. 2. An advanced theme with advanced menus, and other newer Wordpress features will be provided, or you may use your own Advanced Wordpress theme as a base. 3. You may choose to develop the theme on your own Wordpress staging server, or use the development space we can provide - your choice. 4. Revise until project is approved. - Please note: this is not what is considered an illegal clone since the actual site owner is the end-client. Due to the sensativity of the client, I cannot reveal the site or show the design in detail except to the freelancer who is awarded this project. Budget range: $100 - $165 USD Expected Turn around - 2 days, no more than 3 days When to start: Immediately Payment: Via Freelancer milestone payments only. 50% released upon completion of first draft, balance released upon final approval. $25 bonus award if good draft is completed in 1 day (by close of business Tuesday, Nov. 13 2012) A project NDA will be required at the start of this project to protect our interests. Freelancer's business, name. logo or other marks may not appear on the drafts or final work in any manner. Warnings: - Bids for more that the top of the range in the stated budget above will be ignored. - Bidders with 2 or less feedback will be ignored. - Bidders with less than 65% completion rate will be ignored. - Bidders who post on the Project Clarification Board will be ignored. - Bidders who I have never worked with send me their contact information before awarded the project will be reported. - Freelancer who attempts to add additional cost without valid reason after winning the bid will be fired and reported. - Freelancer who delays project significantly beyond the time promised in their bid will be fired, lose the milestone, and given negative feedback.
