Creative USSD application (with web integration) needed!!!

Hello.

We require a highly interactive USSD application with web-based interface. Users can interact with the USSD platform and get details of their activity on the website (we prefer the Drupal framework). In addition, the developpement of a Facebook app will be highly instrumental in enabling the entire project (use of viral networking on fb).

The application will be used by multiple users for their daily data entry that will involve alphanumeric entries. Details will be given to the best bidder after showing previous experience in a similar project/job. However, in summary:

-The USSD app should be highly interactive i.e.:

(1)have a smooth navigation,

(2)easy data entry process (on the go),

(3)easy shortcuts,

(4)user preferences,

(5)automatic preferences based on usage trend,

(6)personalized sms alerts/notification, email alerts, facebook email alerts,

(7)double-data entry detection/prevention,

(8)quick database integration/administration

(9) in-built self care feature

-The USSD app should be integrated with a website from which users can review their activity.

This web portal should be able to offer basic functions such as reports, analysis, archiving and others.

We need reliable, experienced, client-oriented and creative developpers who are ready to work in a very demanding context.
