I want a page that works exactly like [login to view URL] for another market non US. I need to be able to accept payment using credit cards and paypal and the website most be able register and charge users automatically and let them bid in items I post, the admin site of the page most allow me to add the items for the bids, time for bid to be ON, keep track of clicks made by users and a history, etc.
