Custom E-Commerce Developers (codeigniter)

We are seeking experienced php developers specialising in the codeigniter php framework (version 2.1.0) , to assist in the development of a custom e-commerce solution.
Candidates will require a minimum of 3 verifiable codeigniter development piece they have completed, to be considered for this position.
We will be handling the design and coding of the UI portions of the project (the way the frontend and backend interfaces look), your job will be to take the awesome layouts and UI elements we design and code.
The follow skills are also required:
- you must know what web standards are and love to use them in every project you work with
- You must know about cross browser testing and getting a system to work and work similarly across older web browsers (yes, we are afraid this includes the slowly dying Internet Explorer 7)
- You must comment your work as you go, we are big on code readability
- intermediate control of the English language. Communication is extremely important to us, and you'll need to regularly contact us with status updates regarding the progress of the project. (by regularly we mean once a day not once a week when we chase you!)
- experience with Australian based payment gateways (eg. [login to view URL], [login to view URL])
- you know how to protect/secure an application from SQL injection attacks, and other hacking attempts.
- 18 months+ experience working with the codeigniter to specifically develop an custom e-commerce solution.
- you MUST be able to work to deadlines without us having to chase you/micro-manage you. We need to know that your going to have work done when you say you will. If we have to be constantly watching/ chasing you, we aren't going to work well together.
We'd REALLY REALLY REALLY like it if:
- you know how to work with twitter bootstrap for styling the application backend.
- you know AJAX is not just a cleaning product
- you worked using agile workflow/ methodology
Providers with native english skills will be highly regarded.
Timeframe: We are looking to have the system completed within 3-4 weeks.
