Build an Online Store

We need someone (Or team) to build an Online Sporting Clothing & Accessories Store with 2 side to side "Daily Deals" as the main feature.
Suggestions are welcome, but I have a basic idea of what I need:
- Ideally the Website would have 2 Daily Deals at the same time (One for Guys & one for Girls) side by side on the front of the Home page - The Deal products would change every day and when clicking (or maybe mousing over) would open a Pop up window with more details of the product + add to cart option
- Below the deals it would be displaying other products from the website (Could be a scroll bar or just the products) to incentivate the clients to check the rest of the website.
- A Simple Menu (Guys, Girls, Gear) and when Mouse over Guys or Girls shown a drop down with 3 Subcategories each (Top, Botton, Accessories)
- Products page should have some filter options on the left hand side
- Easy Add to Cart option and Easy Check out process
- Integration with Social Media (Facebook, Twitter)
- Integration with Paypal
- Integration with Mailchimp (Or similar Mail Marketing program)
- SEO
The idea is to have a very "clean" and user friendly website, providing a hassle free and positive experience to the customer - making the "Add to cart" and check out process very easy and fluid.
Preferred platform is Magento, but would consider suggestions.
