Adsense site generating $20-$30 per day

I require an Adsense website designer that can produce a website that earns minimum $20 a day. The site must meet the following conditions: - Domain name search - Provide overview plan before starting the project - Contain unique content with unique posts/articles for one year. 50 premade, pre-written, original articles that are keywork rich must be included. - Must be original and SEO optimised with keywords used frequently - SEO Marketing as required - Must generate $20 - $30 per day - WordPress based WEBSITE - Any niche except adult, Pharma, violence, gambling are not acceptable sites. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE "TERMS OF SERVICE" 100% - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Must contain related images to niche topic - Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads - Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites) - Not Autoblogs - Must Be Adsense optimized - Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as adsense -Give details of website name that you create so a new adsense account can be created for this purpose alone. -Payment will be held for 30 days until it has been proven that the site is generating $20 a day in my adsense account. -Please provide some previous sites that you have built that are similar to this. -Advise on how you intent to drive traffic. No bots, no systems, it must be natural, real human traffic. I plan on developing a relationship with the person who accepts this job for future projects that will be at a larger scale.
