catalog and website creation

Hello- I am starting an Adult Sex Toy party store. I have products for sale in quantity and need to have a general website up and running as well as a template mirroring the main website with potential employee website divisions. I will need an online cart attached to the site, I would like to use MALcommerce integration since thats what I"m familiar with as well as paypal. I will also need about 5-10 catalogs for my employees to take with them to their parties that customers can order from. I have an online product picture catalog that I will need all of the products transferred from to the site as well as the catalog.
