Configurable product - recepies Mangento

Magento Expert Needed. I am interested in someone who can design a special type of product for magento. i would like to build a recipe page on my magento store. this page will be categorized based on my categories once someone selects a category, they will be able to select one one of the recipes under that category. example (Recipes---- > Ethnic ---- > Sweet and Sour Chicken). When the choose the recipe, they will not only be able to see the recipe but also the products to purchase to make the recipe as well. I am not sure exactly what this will cost but my estimate is $50USD
