Car Hire Quote Website Design, Registration and Logo

My Idea, I am based in the UK, I want a simple design with Adwords, for car hire quotes. Simple they enter the dates and car size they want, the send there details for a quote, replied to within 4 hours. If they like the quote I will book it for them for a £20 fee paid for via PayPal, Payment first then they will have booking. Car sizes etc need to be taken from [login to view URL], and list of depots copied from there. I can beat any price they will be quoted guaranteed. Payment after agreed bid made in 2 payments, first payment after 50% done, 2nd payment upon completeion.
