Build me a website

I need an easy to maintain website that will have a sign up page for clients who wish to advertise there profession I.e make up artist. This will need to be set up so a monthly fee can be taken for £6 a month. I will need hosting set up. I would like the site set up through citymax or bluehost or some easy site service were I pay a low monthly fee and I can maintain the site myself through an easy sitebuilder (I will take recommendations as well as I do not know much). This will be a website which people can search for local makeup artists/ nail technicians and hair dressers. Would like for customer to be able to search on service and area. Would like beauticians to be able to sign up to pay a monthly fee in order for them to be searched. Site is expecting to be up as soon as I can but not in a rush as I would like it to be right. Once up and running I will pay. I am looking for a home page that links to beauty including make up artists, nail technicians and hair dressing. I like the set up of childcare.com.. One side which is free for customers to browse potential makeup artists in certain areas and another side a place where clients can sign up to pay monthly to adverse themselves.
