I need someone to create a faucet website for me with the following features: * Uses reCaptcha from google to prevent bots * Limits every IP, cookie?, and received address to 3 hours to prevent draining * Includes some stats like avg. amount per payout, number of payouts in the last week, remaining faucet balance, ... * The payout amount can be specified by me and changed. Let 'm' be the specified amount, then every single payout is drawn from the uniform distribution ranging from .5*m to 1.5*m ---- I can tell you the name of the altcoin after awarding you.
