Customise HTML for my Blog! NEED HELP ASAP

I am fairly new to HTML, and have changed a few basic images etc on my blog, but need help with alternating a bit more with my template... I currently hold my images with Photo Bucket. My Blog is currently set up with Blogger, and you are limited to only HTML :( So Im not to sure how far you can with HTML, but would like these changes: * I would like to add linkable social network images/buttons (Facebook, Twitter & Rss Feed) to the left hand page of my notebook template. * I would like to center text in contact, and also add google maps if possible? and lastly to have an interactive slideshow gallery hopefully where users can upload there own photos??? in my GALLERY tab. If noteven a gallery would be great, As I said i am not too sure on how far you can go with HTML, so maybe im dreaming but any help would be much appreciated!!!
