Custom quote tool to work on latest ipad

Develop an IPAD app which will allow the user to easily quote a solution proposal comprised of multiple hardware, software and install and services components. I wish the app to be visual, and the user simply selects options on the screen, and keeps drilling down to different levels as necessary, and in doing so they are able to select all necessary components to make up a complete offering. It must be possible to set LIST pricing for items, and then be able to set a multiplier to reduce price. Ie $100 list price, but we sell it at 0.8 multiplier, $80. It must also be possible to set COST pricing for items, and then be able o set a multiplier to add margin. Ie we can buy a 3rd party product for $100 and we want to sell at 1.2 multiplier. I can provide some examples of current templates we are using on request.
