Create an eBay Store and Listing template

I'm opening an eBay Store and would like to seek the services of a designer who can assist in delivering one Store template and one Item (listing) template.
The following eBay store has a look and feel similar to what I'd like to achieve (but without a phone number or address, as it will be purely an online store):

The item (listing template) will have the same features (navigation and design) as the following eBay listing:

The look/feel that I am wishing to capture is Art Deco/Art Nouveau. The template should be elegant and simple as opposed to cluttered and busy. There will only be one product (but in different design variations). There will be 5 shipping options, 4 of which are domestic and 1 international.
To be considered for this project, you need to have a proven history of creating eBay Store templates that are professional and unique. Just as importantly, you need to understand the deliverables for this project and be able to work with me for successful completion.
