Build an online store on Cs-Cart MultiVendor -- 2

We are having a running store on Cs-Cart, and want to redevelop the site, and add some features on it. The Changes to be done are - Will make new design for home page and product pages plus color schemes of existing site and will use existing logo. Will make design for product page and add some features on it. Will be adding following links on "my account leftside" bar (These options are already there, you need to just allign it in sidebar) My account Address Book Order History Feedback Loyalty Points Messages Wishlist Return Request Profile Signout Ajax Pin-Code check on product Page -- User will enter the pincode and it will tell you if there is service on your pincode or not Administrator can set "deal price" for a product with certain days Will display the "vendor details" on product detail page Will show "popup for newsletter signup" , when a visitor comes to site Will change mail formats for order mail , customer register mail Vendor account Will make Separate commission for each category and vendor for example: A is a one of the vendor . A added some product under the A1 category . in admin side administrator set commision for A1 category for A vendor . in front end if user will purchase the A product from A1 category it will deduct the percentage rate Disable status change right of Vendor in Vendor Panel. Shipping partners integration We use Bluedart and shiprocket ( will integrate your code in the system) Payout management When a user will place order all money from payment gateway will go to admin's account after the order status will change to complete amount will reflect in vendor's payout balance upto this.....the feature is there in cs-cart after that what we need The payout balance should give details like order details then total payment amount admin commission and the remaining amount to be transferred Will change look and feel on vendor profile and rating page Will make an Google rich snippet module Will improve the one page checkout design Will optimize the code to make site faster Will display the timer count on product detail page for only deals product Will add social sharing and timer count for deals product page only.
