Build an Online Store

Hi I would like to check if you can help me with my magento problem. On the product view page i would like to have a tabbed description area showing different information on the item in each tab. An example of this is attached to this message as [login to view URL], but instead of having "info&care, delivery, returns" I would like it to have "English, Korean, Japanese". I have created text-area attributes for each language which are editable from product page so that is fine. What i would like to do is have a language switcher at the top of the page which instead of switching between magento's traditional 'store views' instead loads one of the language tabs at the product page by default. eg: If you choose English at the top of the page, the English tab will be open by default on the item page. If you select Korean, the Korean tab will open and so on. I would like this to be stored in the browser memory so users do not need to keep clicking their language tab on every new product page load. I will be using ultimo theme (screenshot attached) As you can see it already has tab capability, and we can easily asign each tab as a language like i want. The thing i want to do is: if you select your language at the top of the screen, every time you open the new page it will automaticly 'remember' your language choice and have that tab opened first. How much would you charge to implement this? Many thanks!
