I am looking for a web designer to design a contact/ dating site for users. Similar to RSVP but no member will require to make a name for themselves they will be numerical names/tags. Log and registration are free for those who purchase a coupon number and will be password protected and non member users will be able to contact members others via registration and/ or coupon purchase payment ect as standard with the usual dating sites procedure to gain entry and contact information. Search information for existing members will be by a number and separated by a colour code for sex. I also require a block feature to remove those who do not conform with company policy. I would like a back end system to see details of all members and an simple administration manual. A payment system for registration of new members who have not signed up through other means is also required at which time their idenity and contact will be numerically based.
