clone voting site . VERY EASY WEBSITE!

I need a working copy of this site [login to view URL] . Only need the voting part. The layout must be exactly the same as the site with selection process the same as the site. Will need the 'fill in your details' page, the 'thanks for voting success page' as well as a copy of the emails sent out. I will also need a web based 'admin', results of votes and all voters details. Very limited time on this as the voting live site is closed in a weeks time. Please reply with $$$ so I know that you have read this, I will only reply to '$$$' sample of some of your work would be good too.
