Custom Forum Skin (Sleek / Gaming)

I use Nuke Evolution Xtreme [url removed, login to view] and am looking for a custom theme. I can pay up to $180 for a custom theme as a mix of these websites:

TheTechGame uses the same CMS I'm using, except more heavily modified. I know this for a fact, as I've talked with the developer of the site. I'm just looking for a sleek, epic theme. I want the sleekness of TheTechGame's theme, but the epicness of XboxMB's skin.
