Create .dwt Dreamweaver template pages from existing HTML5 - repost

Okay.....these are the latest requirements for this project...please disregard original description and create a new bid, please. I have an HTML5/Responsive themeforest website template that I need 2 DreamWeaver .dwt templates created based upon 2 existing html pages within the website in order to create more pages and have the navigation, header, footer and right-siderbar dynamically updated. Yes, I know php is the latest way to go about doing this. However, my clients wants HTML pages returned to him. Here's the full details of what I need done now - A. I need (2) .dwt templates pages created; (1) from the [login to view URL] page and (1) from the [login to view URL] B. a [login to view URL] created from the [login to view URL] page is where changes to the header, main nav and footer can be made C. a [login to view URL] created from [login to view URL] - is where I can make changes to the vertical sidebar D. I have a CSS script to replace the existing (original) horizontal navigation E. I have a CSS script to add a vertical navigation only on the [login to view URL] template page When completed, I should be able to: A. make changes to the [login to view URL] that will apply/update its' changes to the [login to view URL] template and all .html created from it B. make changes to the [login to view URL] and have it update all .html pages created from it. If it helps you, I am using DW CS6. I need to get going on this project and have completed by Sunday (EST) 2-days. Thank you for your patience.
