Create XHTML & CSS templates from PSD files

Hi, i need 3 Photoshop templates to be sliced and formatted into clean and valid XHTML and CSS3 templates. The files should NOT CONTAIN ANY HTML TABLES - PURE CSS3 ONLY! I will supply you with the photoshop (PSD) files. You will be required to slice and embed the images. All of the images must be optimized. The final XHTML and CSS files must be SEO (Search Engine Optimized). Every <DIV> box must be created from the supplied PSD files and optimized. The CSS stylesheets and images are to be referenced to and placed separate folders. For each template, you will be required to setup one main stylesheet that includes descriptions for each style entry. *PLEASE READ BELOW - THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! Please do not bid if you have never done this type of project!!! You are required to complete the project within 3 days. The first template is to be completed within the first 24 hour upon you receiving the file. You must agree to allow revisions until the project is completed to my satisfaction. You must be able to communicate daily via AIM, ICQ or Yahoo. Good communication is very important :) I hold the copyrights to all of the material that will be supplied to you, therefore all work created by the material shall also remain under my copyrights. I am looking for a long term provider. I have at least 10 more projects of this type that i need completed. I need a provider is talented, trustworthy and can offer me great quality of work at reasonable rates. Thank you.
