Coupon style iPhone/Smart Phone app + supporting website

We require a Coupon style iPhone/Smart Phone app as well as an
accompanying website.
The iPhone/Smart Phone app will be fairly simple, it will require the following:
- For the Iphone/Smart Phone users to be able to browse through free
coupon deals. Search by keywords required
- For a location based search, offering features like, find coupons
near me, search by location, search by category
- To provide push notification when a user is in radius of a coupon deal.
- To be able to populate and display coupons on the app based from a
database which will be managed via the website.
- To have some form of validation button, which will send back
information to the database and expire a coupon if required.
- To display a feature ad within the app.
- To provide map location features to indicate on Google maps where a
coupon is located
The website will require the following
- A search engine of all the coupons available.
- A sign up / purchase process for new customers wanting to submit
their own coupon deal.
- A walk through process that enables a user to submit a voucher on the website
- An introductory video explaining the website and app. (Can be
outsourced again, but if it can be included this is a bonus)
This site and Iphone/Smart Phone app will require a professional
design look and feel, If you decide to bid, please indicate to us if
you have a professional design team that can assist or not. If you
don't have a design team, please adjust your bid accordingly.
UPDATE: We would also like an Android application. Please adjust your bid accordingly
