Convert a Template to a Website for GPS Tracking Software

I have a GPS tracking software that came in with some tracking devices I bought. The software works fine but only display one device at a time on the map. I need the following done:

1- I need it to be able to display all the tracking devices at the same time on the same Map so i can tell who is where by just looking at the screen instead of having to click on each one to find out.

2- I need to have a full screen feature that would have a pop up screen that displays only the Map and devices information on the side (such as speed, idle time ) on a full screen without the menu that clusters the main screen. and on that same full screen map i wanna be able to click on a device and have another small pop up window that would zoom in the selected device's location.

3- I need to be able to integrate the software on my website with access control by login and password. I also need to be able to create sub-accounts that can login the website and view the tracking devices positions but not be able to access any settings or make any changes.

I am attaching the software as it is in a zip file. The login is admin and password is admin.
