Add styles to some pages

Hi, I need very good quality changes or application design to some pages at my website, the website is coded under CodeIgniter so you must understand how the templates work but I think is not difficult. The functional part of the pages is already done, we need someone to apply the design and add quality stuff so it look professional, we also need you to add styles to some Datatables tables that are not stylished, please take a look at the images attached, if you want to take a closer look to the pages you can contact me and I'll send you the URL, I'll pay via milestones but will not select the freelancer now, I just want to find someone now and award the project later (like one week).
