Create Directory Of Local Businesses under certain categories - repost 2

Hi, I am sorry to those who eagerly awaited my awarding of the project some months ago. More preparation was needed on my part to begin the project. Now the project is ready to begin. I will award the project on 5.28.2013 at Noon EST. I will pay $100 upon project initiation, and an additional $200 after the first State is complete. Time frame for completion from project awarding is 20 days. Brief description: I do not need a website, I have a local designer. I require tabular data to build my website from for this project. I need all current phonebook entries from all 50 states in THIRTY-FIVE (35) "small-specific" categories from every phonebook, or equivalent source. The table is to have the following EIGHT columns: STATE, COUNTY OR PHONEBOOK ID, BUSINESS NAME, STREET NUMBER, STREET NAME, TOWN, ZIP CODE, PHONE NUMBER. That is all. No entries besides State or Street Name can contain abbreviations ***Data must be obtained legally and legal for me to use in my website as a directory, I will require a signed statement from you to this effect. Sample: "Antiques Dealers" is usually the largest category and "Tool Salvage Companies" is one of the tiny ones. 33 others fall between, and most closer to the size of the later. If I could link yellowpages in certain categories to my website that would be grand. But it is in fact illegal, and YP adds bogus listings to their databases to catch you copying. It is really that simple. I need the results filtered into a category and search heading on my website, 10-15 small categories, for every city in every state of USA. Each result will open a new page on my website that I own. The website integration is the tricky part, and I do not have that set up yet. I need a web designer, but I would prefer one local to sit down with. So I therefore I need these directory search results in a format a web designer can easily use. I require legal gathering of this database and I would prefer to be able to run updates on a semi-annual basis without affecting the linked pages I have already.
