Hello, a few words about me: I am system / network administrator. I manage over 300 servers with different purposes: web servers, sql servers, voip servers, filesharing servers, email servers and so on. Shalom, I will check this for You and fix the configuration hence it's a configuration issue on Your Asterisk-side (what should be the case if You write, that You see the line registered on Your side as well as on the provider side). Check will be made independent from Your cellphone for the (unusual) case, that there is a routing problem between Your cellphone provider and Your VoiP-Provider.
