Deployment software

I want ? a small application client- server that will install some software to clients of an active domain 2003 based on time conditions and groups that the computer belongs to. A pc can belong to more than one groups. an the software to be installed would have properties that should uninstall previous version or not , run some more batch files after install e.t.c. The install method should use a domain admin account to install the software to clients
