Data Import Vb6 to C#.NET Conversion

We have a form which does our data import. We want the code in this form moved from VB6 into a C#.NET control that can be used in other .NET applications. The project entails taking the code in this form, along with the other code it uses (multiple VB6 classes) and converting from VB6 into C#.NET; This is a total of 6,000 lines including white lines, comments etc. in 6 files) The code itself is failry standard with nothing too challenging or that would take too much investigation. Most of the time would probably be spent testing. Once the code has been converted and the separate control created, it needs to be incorporated into two existing applications (fairly easy) and a new .NET window created to replace the existing VB6 form. Half of the agreed price will be paid on completion with the other half no later then one month after completion. This is to allow our testers ample time to thoroughly test the converted code. The winner must be on skype for the majority of their normal working day. They must also be happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
