Button in Outlook that creates file when clicking

Hi! Setting up a button in Outlook:Contacts. When showing a contact there should be a button in outlook menu that the project should create. When clicking on the button then outlook should take the phonenumber of the contact and saves as a txt file in a directory (that should be able to set). there should be an option that is: if contact have several phonenumbers then outlookbutton should give option to choose one of the phonenumbers. Important thing: I think it is important to do work with people in close proximity. I have recently been in Poland and researching the possibility to do work there. For that reason i would like to invite a vworker from poland to do this project. If all goes well we will be able to do more work. And also possibility of projects that involve projectmeeting in real life. I have written visual basic - but if you have suggestion on doing it in another language please say so. thank you,
