Business and Trademark Registration

Hi, I need a someone who can help me register my business in US, UK and Australia. I have to register trademark and corporation in all three countries. Please let me know what all documents are required , the cost associated (both the govt fee as well as your fee), timeline and the minimum criteria. If required, I may hire three different persons from different countries to get the job done in their respective countries.
