Brazilian payment agent

I own a collection of social networking sites around the world, some older than 6 years. I have just launched in Brazil and am being asked for bank payment options instead of the normal card payment online for clients to upgrade their accounts. I have investigated the possibility of creating a brazilian company and bank account and its an option but i am also consdering using a local payment agent. A payment agent would accept payments on my behalf, forward payment noticies so i can upgrade the cleints accounts on my site. Payments would be forwarded to me periodically less your commission. You will need an existing company and bank account and be willing to forward payment notifications to me within 24 hours of them being made (assuming the brazilian bank system allows for this). Payments will be from R$19.95 to 99.99. If you are interested please make a token $ bid and state the:- i) % of the sale or ii) the fix R$ amount per transaction you would accept as commission.
