Assistant needed for the next few weeks

At the moment I've got a very large project that involves many people. It is due very soon, and I'm finding myself unable to cope with many of the small tasks and scheduling things that need to be done. I'd like to employ someone as an assistant who can: * Keep track of the scheduling * Finish simple tasks by email - generally booking things or buying stuff * Keeping track of who I need to talk to and deal with I don't think the work-load is large, just sporadic, and I'm finding it difficult to keep up. I need someone with excellent organization skills, good English and who is able to work during Sydney daytime hours.
