Create DVDs with Dynamic Menus and Complimenting Graphics

I have a few hundred videos that I am looking for somebody to organize into dynamic DVDs, with animated menus and chapters. You must have top notch DVD authoring tools and experience creating professional looking and functioning DVDs. Please submit bid with the process for how I will get the videos to you and how you will create the DVD files and get them back to me. May require you creating and burning the DVDs and delivering them through mail. Whatever your solution is, you must provide directions for how I will acquire the DVD files and transfer them onto blank DVDs for resell. In total, there will be approximately 25 - 30 DVDs that need to be authored and created and about 300 videos totals (most of which are 3-4 minutes long.
