Apple Motion 5 Artist Required for Anime-Style Flags!

We require sophisticated, anime-style flags to be added to five Motion 5 captions.
The captions are for five characters (one caption each) who feature in an instructional video. These characters are all dual-nationals: they are citizens of two countries.
Accordingly, each caption has two flags: one large and one small. We have already drawn flags for each character ourselves, but these are quite basic and need replacing.
Ideally, we would like the flags to (i) be animated onto the screen in a 'hand-drawn' style, and (ii) to have a gentle fluttering effect. However, we are open to alternative ideas.
We attach a screenshot of an existing caption with its present flags for your kind consideration.
