After Effects Mask on 3 short videos

I have 3 short traning videos 1 x 53sec, 1 x 64sec, 1 x 52sec that need a mask put on 2 people in the foreground so I can replace posters on the walls.

I need to be supplied with an After Effects 5.0 project with the current video as background and a second layer with the people masked so I can finish the video by inserting the relevany videos beteen the 2 layers.

A sample image from one of the video's is attached.

I will supply a 720x576 PAL AVI of each peice of video.
