I have been using different CRM (Insightly mainly) so I know from experience this type of tool. Also I have a Certificate in Customer Service, so I know the importance of putting yourself in the shoes of the customers. My experience in the use of CRM I know the importance of a simple, customizable interface to have all organized and easy to access necessary information.
