Create a Direct Sales Planner / User Guide / Manual

You will create a full direct sales planner (home party plan) in an 8 1/2 x 11 format. The direct sales planner will focus on a full 12 month program/planner. You will create the following pages/forms for each month in the calendar (Jan through December). These are suggested pages. I am looking for someone to add to these. Must integrate online/world of web marketing tasks. We will ask you to integrate some company specific content on additional pages. Must deliver final product in a word format. Will create multiple milestones in order to break out completed work acceptance in a fair manner.
