Hello,
Experienced Construction estimators required for commercial and residential projects. You will be provided with the blue prints and specifications.
Your skills will allow you to accurately complete a quantity take-off and applying unit costs to each cost factor in an efficient and timely manner. The unit costs will be provided to you. You must be able to locate the proper cost for each item. If needed, Training will be provided to make sure you are able to perform at the highest level.
It is imperative that you understand the AIA divisions (traditional 1-16) and able to begin learning the extended
Our office is growing, currently completing projects throughout southern US states with expansion throughout the greater 48 states expected within the next 2-3 years.

1. Your estimating skills
2. Which AIA Divisions (1-16) you specialize in.
3. This is a part time offer. Specify how many projects / hours you can work and if you are open to full time should the opportunity arise.
4. You location (where you live). Which state or country.
5. You requested pay rate: (some estimators prefer to work by the project)
