C++ Small Project - C++ course tutoring

Requirements: You need TO understand very good English and be extremely detail oriented towards Programming specifications and requirements. You need to be an expert in C++ programming and have Visual Studio 2010. You need to know data structures and object oriented programming. Must have great internet connection This project will involve coding some work labs. The easy part is coding the actual output of the program. The HARD part will be following specifications in a certain way. This means that you have to code exactly as instructions specify. YOU HAVE to be an expert in writing as most of the time will be spent documenting the code and not actually programming. You must have recently attended computer science courses. There will be 3 projects. They should be easy for a good programmer, but the documentation will take a few hours more than the programming part. You will also be required to do a lot of reading of requirements and implementing them to specification. These 3 projects are small and involve taking input from a text file, perform some calculations on it and output results to a text file. You also must have great understanding in syntax and can be quizzed on the fly. You need to be available for support of your program a couple of hours a week.
