Bridge bidding website design specs

I Have a website [login to view URL] I need to upgrade this website including a major imptovement to the look and feel. To Bid for this project you MUST have played bridge, and be familiar with bridge design, and concepts. The first part of this project is completing the specifications, and adding design, and additional features as laid out in the speifications. The attached file is a pure .doc office word 2003 file not zipped. I have set up a temporary sign on to the website as: Temp pswd: Temp001 in add to bids enter series 167 and bid to see how it works. Dubrave ## Deliverables 1) Complete design for an existing website include additional functionality items in the descriptions. Look and feel should be as for a bridge playing website. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, and above INternet explorer 6, 7 Mac environments
