Build an iPad app for purchasing basketball courts

Project consists of an iPad app to be coded in Swift in XCode. The deadline is Sunday 10 april 23:00 GMT Time (around 36 hours from now). The payment is 100$, with milestones of your choosing. The behavior of the app should be tho following: The user can take a picture with the iPad and then import it into the app. Within the app the user can move different predefined elements (like basketball stand, basketball net) by dragging and dropping on the image. There should be a crayon tool to draw on the image. Besides the image there are a few parameters that sum up the elements on the image to a quote. The quote is approved by the client with the finger using a digital signature. Then the image and quote is sent via email inside a PDF element to a user email.
