Business Analyst / Desktop Support / Software Tester needed ASAP

***READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING*** Our company is a leading US investment bank in our space. We have a full time long-term (1-5 year) contract position for a Business Analyst. The 3 key responsibilities for the candidate will be: 1. Desktop Support for internal users on Office Products / Our Web Portal / Our Unified Communications platform 2. Quality assurance testing of our web portal for version releases 3. General Administrative IT tasks (vendor sourcing, on/off-boarding of employees, other IT tasks) Below are ABSOLUTE requirements for this candidate: 1. Perfect written and verbal English with NO HEAVY ACCENT 2. Experience in the financial sector (investments, banking, finance) 3. Excellent Analytical skills - extreme perfectionist - detail oriented 4. Past experience providing desktop support to users 5. Ability to understand complex mathematical calculations 6. Past experience in software/web testing 7. Ability to work during US eastern time hours (8am-pm) Mon-Fri 8. Naturally intelligent individual with a desire to move up in the company 9. Strong desire to succeed, excel at tasks, work without mistakes 10. Excellent work ethic willing to work more than 40 hrs a week if needed Preferred Experience (a plus but not required): 1. Experience with Microsoft Office365 Enterprise WITH MS LYNC 2. Experience with FreePBX/Asterisk 3. Experience with Active Directory 4. Experience troubleshooting Windows, Office Products 5. Other general IT/Networking Experience Compensation is a competitive flat weekly rate (paid every other Friday). Includes one week each year of paid vacation and 8 additional US holidays.
