Hello We can do this using C++ also, as such communication is better to be done using C++ with windows SDK. We expect approximately 2 months ( 4800 EUR) for this development. We would be doing the integration test, if the external device is available here. The protocol, is an external fact, which may affect the total work volume. We can prepare the protocols implementation as DLL so that it can be upgraded periodically, and can be reused for different devices with minor changes. Please inform, if we can work with you.
