Creayte a Facebook and/or Instagram Plug-in

Is it possible to create a Facebook and/or Instagram app that will allow users to place a subscription order for canvas prints of their photos, as wall art to decorate their homes with? The app would ideally work as a form of plug-in between my WordPress website and their Facebook page or Instagram accounts. I will provide the user with a range of wall art choices, typically being an arrangement of 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 prints of varying sizes, professionally printed on canvas, shipped to their address, and ready to hang on their walls. I need a means of interfacing between my website (incorporating a virtual shopping cart and ordering system) and their Facebook or Instagram accounts. The user would select the wall art arrangement they want, incorporating a given number of prints, and would nominate the duration between ordering each new print (i.e. either every 1, 2 or 3 months). They would their provide their credit card details, and would then be billed in equal installments over the span of that time (eg. 4 prints over 12 months = once every 3 months, or 8 prints over 8 months = once every month). The app would then remind them every 1, 2 or 3 months to select their favourite photo from their Facebook or Instagram accounts, which would then be uploaded to my website, printed and boxed up, and subsequently delivered to them, ready to hang on their wall, the following week.
