Create application to do FPS benchmark of directx/opengl games

Summary (Short) Description: -- Software written (gui C#) in Visual Studio to capture the FPS + Frametimes of a DirectX/OpenGL game. See here: [login to view URL] Also for example, like this: [login to view URL] See also: "FRAPS benchmark" (NOT video record, JUST benchmark) -- Software will record FPS + Frametime statistics to a CSV files -- Software will create image graphs of the statistics -- Software store the CSV files, images, and misc information -- Software will be able to "open up" past FPS -- Software will show a FPS number in the corner of a game without impacting game FPS I have a Long Description document (.docx / pdf) that I will give to the winner of the project. This document has a step-by-step of how the program should work, where buttons should be, etc. All code will be owned by me with you hired as the contractor. Project needs to be completed ASAP. 3-7 days. Price: I am looking for $300-$500 MAX price. So please post competitively.
