I am a MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional and is working for last decade in Microsoft web technology, specialized in e-commerce and enterprise business app. In my first decade of career, I had worked in US for many clients where I perform role from analyst programmer to project manager and involved in many large scale roll outs. For last 4+ years, under VCare Global branding, I am working as principal architect and/or lead programmer for many US based clients. I am working cohesively with our individual clients or their onsite IT team. I am used to have daily skype call with them, where I update them with what we did during the day and what's our plan for the next day.

We will use Microsoft Server 2012 Operating System on Admin PC which will be promoted as Active Directory Domain Services. (Best Proven Technology since last 15 years for this kind of Scenarios) All the Lab Clients will be Join to This Domain. Through Domain Policy we will apply security to All Lab PC's Admin Will Be able to control User ID's and passwords from single AD interface. Through Group Policy Admin will be able to control complete user environment, like what one can do on system or where user will gets access denied. What application he can use what kind of folders or Hard Drives user will be able to user, what kind of hardware can be connected to systems. We can block USB Drives and other Media kind of Hardwares and allow only specific Model / Make or Single USB Drive to be detected on the systems There are n no. of things we can implement over here, like on restart of Systems it will be back to original state....and many other things as well

Have experience on Windows systems, Linux systems, Cisco / Juniper / CheckPoint / HP / Peplink / Fortinet devices, VM environments, hosting, Helpdesk and Asset Management systems, Antivirus systems... You require Active Directory for the architecture you are looking for. I had setup this kind of architecture in 3 educational institutes and 9 small organizations. Besides managing all the essential activities you are saying we can also restrict users to use some allowed applications on their logins. It is also possible that a message from your side can be displayed on their desktop and they cannot change it.
