Code a mt4 indicator

I have a highly complex strategy for metatrader 4 that I need coded into a singular indicator with many different options in the input tab. I require a highly skilled coder that is careful to detail. I also require the coder to speak English, as the rules are already complicated enough without having a language barrier between us. You do not necessarily have to be from the united states but be fluent in English.

Also before sending the indicators rules aswell as the indicators, I will require you to sign a non disclosure agreement and a intellectual property contract aswell.
