Apple scripting needed for basic and advanced functions

We require applescripts to be written to do the following:

1. Take screenshot every (x) interval and upload to a specific folder

2. Force update system updates from the Mac App Store

3. Connect the computer to the corporate VPN if not on the corporate network.

Need to deploy this across the network of computers (All Mac) using Apple Remote Desktop.
