First off, this sounds like areally cool project and I'm excited to talk to you more about it. Now to my experience: I have my own arduino for personal projects, and have used similar microcontrollers in three major school projects. The most relevant project was building a bluetooth controlled RC car with servo steering. Through these projects I have experience in circuit layout, servo control, and bluetooth control. I would have to do a little bit of research into some of the specific devices you're using, but overall I have worked with most of what you're looking for help with.
