An Understanding of Bluetooth Software that controls Bluegiga Proximity Marketing Access Points

I have Bluegiga Bluetooth Access points and I want to be able to manage them on an online control panel. I have the software already written/control panel already built. It has recently been taken offline by the company who built it. I am buying it and need someone to get it online for me, and connect it up to communicate with my physical Bluegiga access points, if it does not do this automatically (change of IP address may affect this). So ideally you are familiar with these access points and have worked as a developer using the Bluegiga's BSM in some form. After this I will need possibly further machines added to the control panel as future small jobs, so we can keep in touch about that, but the future jobs are not part of this bid. Not a lot of work, should take less than an hour, but willing to pay for the expertise and keep you in contact for further jobs. Attached is a picture of the access points I want connecting up. Please reply stating what work you have done with these machines and BSM software.
